Hello Friends,

We're almost done! Split shipping has now started for folks who are waiting for items that need to be moved from one fulfillment center to another or have had to be reprinted due to damages. If you receive your package and it is missing any of the following, DO NOT PANIC! We know about it, but we just didn't want you to wait for the rest of your goodies any longer. Everything we have currently will be sent out to you, and you will get a second package with everything else as soon as the fulfillment center gets those items.

**Please note that this upcoming weekend/week, there will be little to no movement on a lot of packages from UK/EU/ROW/Oceania as parts of the world shut down for the coronation celebration.**

The following items may come later in a second package, as soon as we have them at the correct fulfillment centers:

We will be reaching out by email to the individuals our fulfillment centers say are affected to try and ensure everyone is aware that this is the plan as we know not everyone reads these updates (I know right? They clearly just don't know what they're missing...).

Localized Games (aka translated games, aka Spanish, Italian, French, and German games) - We're starting to see these games out in the wild! Thank you all for sharing your unboxing pictures, videos, and general excitement! We'd love to know your thoughts about the game our partners translated, and have created a feedback form to hear directly from you. We always want to ensure the highest standards for our games, including those translated with the help of our partners, and it is difficult when we do not ourselves speak the language in question! CA Fulfillment - Exactly 50% of games have been sent to backers and we are seeing reports in the wild of received games! The other 50% are still in transit but should be shipping out soon, and there are approximately 100 orders that will need to be split shipped due to containing 1 or more of the above items. If your order is in Label Created, and has been for awhile, it's on that second truck and will start moving as soon as the truck gets to the fulfillment center. 

EU Fulfillment - We're down to the last 10% of orders, this includes 1,500 orders that need to be split shipped due to the above items and the last of the localized language games that are still arriving. Split shipping items are being planned for shipping starting next week.

UK Fulfillment - There are 327 orders on hold due to the above items, this accounts for the final 6% of orders! One caveat worth mentioning here is that if you have only recently filled out your survey (as in after we said orders were locking for shipping), we have not run that report yet. Oceania Fulfillment - There are 190 orders on hold due to the above items. Otherwise, Oceania fulfillment is finished! Those 190 orders will ship next week sans the items we'll have to split ship. Same caveat as the UK shipping: if you have recently filled out your survey (as in after we said orders were locking for shipping), we have not run that report yet. Asia Fulfillment - We're hearing a report from VFI that fulfillment has begun, but without tracking data to substantiate it, which is frustrating, but it's a step in the right direction! We're also aware of about 75 orders that were waiting on the above items to arrive. We're waiting on confirmation that they understand to split these shipments to get items out to backers quicker.

US Fulfillment - We're still on track to finish up on May 10th, we're down to our final few days! As with the other centers, here's the caveat: if you have recently filled out your survey (as in after we said orders were locking for shipping), we have not run that report yet. • In the US, if you get a notification saying a package is coming from Everything Kitchens, Good Company, or you get a message from ShipHero, these are our games! The fulfillment company, Good Company, also ships glassware and so that seems to be leaking through, and ShipHero is the software system we use with them to track orders.
• We are uploading tracking numbers into Backerkit as we get waves of them sent to us from the fulfillment centers, which in turn emails the backer with the tracking number. You do not need to email us asking if you have a tracking number yet. If you haven't gotten a tracking email yet, your box hasn't shipped yet.
• If you think you may have missed a tracking email, please go here and look: boirequiem.backerkit.com/backer/review. If there is not a tracking number there, we also do not have a tracking number for your pledge yet.

• The cards in the Full Collection Kickstarter Version only take up about 1 and 1/3 rows. The cards in the retail Ultimate Collection only take up 1 complete row. The Big Boi Box was designed to fit all the cards double sleeved (which then makes them take up about 3 rows), as well as future cards. The empty space does not mean something is missing! Hi Friends,

No preamble this week, let's just jump right in. Please make sure you read the Localized Games and General Fulfillment updates below before skipping down to your section as there's a bunch of important information in there.

Fulfillment

Localized Games - Localized Games have begun shipping. I repeat: localized games have begun shipping. This is not a drill, we've seen them in the wild! As the fulfillment companies push to finish in that 8-10 week timeframe, we were pleasantly surprised when those translated versions went from "still waiting for pickup from customs" to "we've shipped about 1,500 of them" within a week.

General Fulfillment - There are some shortages at every location due to damages, shrinkage, miscounts, etc. We are working through the logistics of getting everything where it needs to go and of getting things reprinted to ensure we can fulfill everyone's order. In the meantime, we have held a few orders in the hope of getting items where they need to go in time, but that ends next week. If a needed item hasn't arrived by next week, we will begin shipping the items we do have in stock to backers. If you are missing:

• Pins
• Dick Knots
• Shirts
• Rolled Coins
• Satan Heads
• Signed Prints

When your order arrives - do not worry. Those will ship separately as soon as we have them at the correct fulfillment centers.

CA Fulfillment - As of this morning the truck is still awaiting inspection and has not moved beyond customs. We apologize to our very patient friends to the north. Our fulfillment partners thought this was our simplest solution, but it has not gone as smoothly as we hoped. We will keep you all updated as the situation progresses. Most CA backers would also have received tracking information, this will not update from label created until this shipment has crossed the border and is on its way to you.

EU Fulfillment - Someone hit the turbo button, as approximately 6,000 orders were sent out this week! That takes us over the 70% mark, and our fulfillment partners are feeling good to get the remaining 30% out next week! (With the caveat of the general fulfillment update above).

UK Fulfillment - We've reached 85% fulfillment, with most remaining orders having been waiting on shirts that just arrived. Our fulfillment partners are confident that they will finish next week! (Again, with the caveat of the general fulfillment update above).

Oceania Fulfillment - Fulfillment is complete, except for 190 orders that are waiting on items listed in the general fulfillment update above. For those still waiting, thank you for your patience. If the fulfillment center do not receive the above items next week, they will ship out your packages without those items and then send a second package when those items arrive.

Asia Fulfillment - All items have been picked. This is great news coming from VFI. Now they, like the US/Canada, are sending those picked items to various fulfillment centers around Asia where they can then begin local fulfillment. We're not there quite yet, but at least we're hearing of movement now!

US Fulfillment - We are still trucking along with our US fulfillment. We're now just under 90% through. US fulfillment is now waiting on a few of those above items with the same "if we don't receive the missing items by next week, we will ship the other items." This should get us to completion (except those items) by May 10th, so just 12 more days! With the caveat like the others from general fulfillment above.

Update 100. Wow. We've come such a long long way since this project launched back in 2021. And you know what? We couldn't have done any of it without you. Now seems as good a time as any to reiterate: THANK YOU to everyone who backed. To everyone who helped crush those social goals (remember those!?). To everyone who helped provide feedback on the cards and helped with playtesting. To everyone who has chatted with us in the comments, on Twitter, on Instagram, or wherever else it is you like to hang. In short, thank you to everyone who has supported us in any way - big or small - since we launched this Kickstarter and posted update 1 all that time ago. What a wild ride it has been.

We're feeling quite emotional thinking back on it all now. In honor of this landmark update, we would love if you would share your favorite memories from this Kickstarter in the comments below. It can be a big thing, it can be a small thing. We just want to know something that has stuck with you, something that brings a smile when you look back on it.

Fulfillment

General Fulfillment - Backers with Mystery Boxes or mini Mystery Boxes: The Mystery Boxes (or mini Mystery and Bath Water) have shipped from California. It has been amazing seeing all the videos and pictures from those of you who have received your Mystery Boxes already. Please do continue to share them with us when you receive them! Edmund and the team worked really hard to pack them full of cool stuff, and we hope you love them.

CA Fulfillment - Good news! The trucks are at the border! We are hopeful they will cross with ease. After that point, they should begin shipping out to individual backers fairly quickly, given the labels have already been created as we mentioned previously. We will keep you all updated as the situation progresses.

EU Fulfillment - Shipping has continued without incident since it started last week. We now estimate 35% of EU orders have shipped!

UK Fulfillment - Fulfillment ongoing.  We estimate 70% of orders have shipped!

Oceania Fulfillment - Fulfillment is nearly complete, but we’re waiting on the final batch of tracking numbers. Please wait one more week if you haven’t gotten a tracking email yet before reaching out.

Asia Fulfillment - We are waiting to hear back from VFI. We are hoping to receive an update early next week regarding their fulfillment. We apologize that they're a black hole when it comes to communicating their status to us or to backers.

US Fulfillment - We are still trucking along with our US fulfillment. We're now about 80% through. US fulfillment was slightly slower this week as the fulfillment center have been hard at work sorting out the big bulk shipments for Canadian fulfillment this week.

Rest of the World Fulfillment - Fulfillment has also been ongoing since last week, as these orders are shipping out from the EU fulfillment center.

Localized Games - Awaiting delivery of the localized games to the fulfillment center they're still awaiting pickup at customs. We hope this will happen early next week.

Week 6 of fulfillment complete, huh? It feels like we were shipping out those very first games just yesterday... Shipping out this many packages is a mammoth task, but we are making really good progress. We are so thrilled to see so many of you receiving your games. No preamble, you know the drill by this point - let's get right into it:

Fulfillment

General Fulfillment - Backers with Mystery Boxes or mini Mystery Boxes: The Mystery Box (or mini Mystery and Bath Water) itself has shipped from California. There is one person in the world right now that knows exactly what is in each box. What will you get? It could be anything at this point! What we do know is that Edmund has gone above and beyond curating each and every box, packing each box to the brim with cool stuff. We're really excited and hope that everyone who got a Mystery Box does an unboxing and shares it with us!

CA Fulfillment - You will most likely get a tracking number email soon or already have. This is your label being created, however, it will take another 1-2 weeks before your shipment starts moving. As we stated, the US fulfillment center is packing your items and then bulk shipping across the border to Canada before they are all sent out to individuals. So they are creating the label now, but the packages won't individually be picked up for delivery until they ship over the border.

EU Fulfillment - Shipping started on Wednesday! Please remember they're starting with the largest batches of matching orders first and working their way down to the most unique orders last. This is the most efficient way to get as many people their pledges as quickly as possible. If you were a pre-commit backer with games coming from the EU, in your order you will only see Corrupted Data. Both cards are shipping together in one pack, it's just a silly SKU issue with the fulfillment center. So if you see your order and it's missing "Ultra Pride" do not worry!

UK Fulfillment - Fulfillment ongoing.  We estimate 45% of orders have shipped!

Oceania Fulfillment - Fulfillment ongoing. We are estimated to have shipped 50% of orders!

Asia Fulfillment - We're being told this will commence next week. Hopefully our next update will be able to confirm that shipping has indeed started, but their communication is very slow.

US Fulfillment - We're about 75% through. Fulfillment has slowed as we're fulfilling smaller segments now and most (but not all!) have various/random add-ons.

Rest of the World Fulfillment - Shipping from the EU fulfillment center, so these also started on Wednesday. Please remember they're starting with the largest batches of matching orders first and working their way down to the most unique orders last. This is the most efficient way to get as many people their pledges as quickly as possible.

Localized Games - The ships have landed in port and we're told that customs have cleared the containers. We're working on scheduling pick up now, but that means that the translated games will begin shipping SOON!

We're getting there, friends. I do wish we could simply teleport all the packages to you (someone get on it and invent that - I reckon there's good money in it. Just a friendly tip-off), but sadly the shipping process for a project this big does just take a good old fashioned chunk of time. It's been another busy week (no rest for the wicked, or so they say). We wanted to start with the new How to Play video from Becca Scott & Good Time Society! They did a fantastic job, and we're sure it'll serve as a useful resource to help people get playing! Want to introduce some friends to Four Souls? That just got a whole lot easier! Check it out:

Now, let's dive right into fulfillment:

General Fulfillment - Backers of the Bathwater & Mystery Boxes, those items (not the whole order) will ship next week.

CA Fulfillment - Big News! The shipment will be ready for pickup next week and will be crossing the border shortly after. There is a chance of a slowdown/inspection at the border, so the estimate to begin shipping is 1-3 weeks. We'll be back with more next week - and hopefully with great news that the shipment has cleared customs (we have so many things crossed we have lost count).

EU Fulfillment - Confirmed that shipping will begin next week!

UK Fulfillment - Fulfillment ongoing. We are estimated to have shipped 20% of orders so far! Things are continuing full speed ahead, and hopefully many more of you will get that shipping email next week!

Oceania Fulfillment - Fulfillment ongoing. We are estimated to have shipped 15% of orders so far! As with the UK fulfillment, things be a movin', and hopefully next week will bring good news and a much-awaited email for many more of you.

Asia Fulfillment - Still waiting on confirmation from VFI on the start date. We continue to email asking them to nail down a start date. They've been explaining that it's a "complicated process" with them having a main fulfillment center that sends batches of packages to sister fulfillment centers for different regions.

US Fulfillment - We're past the halfway mark and have hit 60% of orders shipped! Signed and Poo'd tiers are shipping, I can confirm since I got my shipment in the mail on Wednesday. Fulfillment has slowed as we're fulfilling smaller segments now and most have various/random add-ons.

Rest of the World Fulfillment - Shipping from the EU fulfillment center, so it will start when EU shipments start - i.e. next week!

Localized Games - The ships are projected to be in port soon. Once we get confirmation of this, we will have a more clear estimate of shipping start dates.

And how about some common questions? We'll even spoil you - we're throwing in the answers too! (I know, I know - many people *have* said we are too nice):

The fulfillment company, Good Company, also ships glassware and so that seems to be leaking through, and ShipHero is the software system we use with them to track orders.
• We are uploading tracking numbers into Backerkit as we get waves of them sent to us from the fulfillment centers, which in turn emails the backer with the tracking number. You do not need to email us asking if you have a tracking number yet. If you haven't gotten a tracking email yet, your box hasn't shipped yet.
• If you think you may have missed a tracking email, please go here and look: boirequiem.backerkit.com/backer/review. If there is not a tracking number there, we also do not have a tracking number for your pledge yet.
• If your tracking number has been on "label created" for a few days and/or missed the estimated delivery, we apologize. The estimated delivery is automatically added by the courier (FEDEX/UPS). We are at their mercy for how quickly they decide to scan our packages into their system.
• Damages - please reach out to https://maestromedia.com/pages/contactus. Picture verification is required, so please respond to that initial email that says we got your request with photos to help speed up the process. We will help you out as quickly as possible.
• The cards in the Full Collection Kickstarter Version only take up about 1 and 1/3 rows. The cards in the retail Ultimate Collection only take up 1 complete row. The Big Boi Box was designed to fit all the cards double sleeved (which then makes them take up about 3 rows), as well as future cards. The empty space does not mean something is missing!
• All fulfillment companies are working on batches. The largest quantity of orders with the most same items (tiers/add-ons) will go out first, working down to the most unique orders later. This ensures more people get their pledges quickly.

Seeing so many of you posting pictures of your glorious games and merch, hearing stories and seeing pictures of you playing your first games of Requiem... it makes all the hard work worth it, 1000 times over. We set out from the very beginning to create something that would be meaningful to people, something that would bring them joy and excitement. I cannot put into words how great it feels to see that becoming reality in so many cases.

For those of you still waiting - we see you, and we sympathize with you. Many of us are still waiting for our pledges to ship too! We're doing everything we can to get the games out as quickly as possible, but we do appreciate it is difficult when you're seeing other people getting their stuff. We can only ask you for just a little more patience - it really is the home stretch now - and we hope that it will be more than worth the wait when it does get to you.
