I can't see any Add-ons, how do I get them?
Add-ons can be added in Backerkit, which is the pledge manager. In there you can select add-ons, pay for shipping/vat, and give us your address! Backerkit will open after the Kickstarter ends. You can wait for the Backerkit before adding money for the add-ons OR if you can afford it now, it helps propel the Kickstarter closer to stretch goals if you add Bonus Support. That Bonus Support will act as a credit in Backerkit.

I Precommited, but I don't see those bonus cards, where are they?
If you signed up in the precommit and then backed the Kickstarter with the same email address your cards will be automatically added when Backerkit goes live after the Kickstarter ends. You will see them as part of your pledge there.

How do I back two of a certain tier?
This is a limitation of Kickstarter, you can only pledge once per account. We’ve tried to add most items to the Add-on section, which is visible on the campaign page and then will be available for purchase in the Backerkit. The only other option is to create a second or third or fourth etc account.

Those are all available as add-ons. You can purchase add-ons after the Kickstarter in the Backerkit. Those are all included in the $110 Full Collection tier as well.

What is the difference between the First and Second Edition Base Game?
The second edition has some rebalanced cards. New backgrounds on the face of the card, but does not change the back of the card. It also ensures that the card finish/color/thickness is consistent across all cards.

I want to sleeve my cards, is there room in the box?
Yes! We have calculated our box sizes to fit sleeved cards. If you do not sleeve your cards, there is a cardboard insert that keeps the cards from sliding around.

I read that EU VAT is not included in the price, is that correct?
In compliance with current EU and UK laws, VAT must be charged after the campaign closes, so we have estimated these costs by country as best as possible based on the total price of the order. European countries outside of the EU and UK will not be charged VAT. We have done everything possible to keep these extra costs low, and want to make sure there are no surprises.

I want to add money in Kickstarter for Add-ons in the Backerkit, how do I do this?
Once you select your pledge level, you can add money in the Bonus Support section for the amount of the add-on you want. By doing this, you are helping the community unlock more stretch goals! You can also “Update Pledge” if you’ve already pledged and add bonus support there.

Yes, the same stretch goals that are unlocked for the box in the tier itself will be included in the Add-on in Backerkit. Example: You select the Requiem Box Add-on in Backerkit. It will include Warp Zone cards!

The Gold Box Exclusive Expansion Cards are only available if you buy the whole Base Game, either as an add-on or at the $40 tier. It will not be available as a stand-alone, only as part of the Base Game if you pledged on Kickstarter (not available through pre-orders).

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
